Deposit £200/$310. Payment will be due 12 weeks before your holiday starts. Once the payment has cleared you will be sent details of the address and security code for the house.

Deposit is non refundable if booking is cancelled. A £200/$310 Security Deposit is payable, but will be returned after the holiday assuming no damage has been done to the property or its contents.
