Deposit £200/$310. Payment is due 12 weeks before your holiday/vacation starts. Once the payment has cleared you will be sent the details of the address and security code for the house.

Note: The deposit is non refundable if booking is canceled.

A Security Deposit £200/$310 is payable, but will be returned after the holiday/vacation providing no damage  has been done to the property or its contents.
